    Aim
    The research purpose is to evaluate the relation between organizational commitment with efficiency of intellectual capital in the between employees of Islamic Azad University, Arsanjan branch.
    Method
    The research Method used a descriptive correlation, the type of survey that is considered as a cross-sectional study. To collect information is used from Bontis intellectual capital Standard questionnaire, and Allen and Meyer organizational commitment Standard questionnaire. This research population is included all employeesof Islamic Azad Unersity, Arsanjan branch. The study statistical sample using the table of Morgan, 93 respectively. For test research hypotheses used of the statistical methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS-19 statistical software.
    Results
    The results of research shows that there is a direct significant relation the between intellectual capital with organizational commitment. As well as, The results of research shows that there is a direct significant relation the between intellectual capital with aspects of organizational commitment (Continues Commitment, AffectiveCommitment and Normative Commitment).

    Objective
    This study with the aim of investigating the position of women in participatory decision-making was conducted in public organizations in Isfahan province.
    Method
    The study population included all male and female managers in public organizations in Isfahan province. Out of this population, 120 persons were randomly selected. The instruments consisted of a questionnaire, "to assess the position of women in participatory decision-making", as well as demographic questionnaire.
    Results
    The results showed that there is an existing positive relationship between the position of women in a participatory decision making and the component of feminine feelings. With respect to anxious and panic women, the relationships werenegative. But in that of taking risks, being patience and precise, the relationship was moderate. The perspective of managers having employed mothers is significantly more positive as compare to those managers whose mothers are not employed. Furthermore, female manager's perspectives are more positive than male managers. Other component correlation was not revealed.
    Conclusion
    Base on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the administrators of Isfahan public organizations have a positive view in the position of women in participatory decision-making, and only have a negative view on some aspects.

    Objective
    The main objective of this article was to study relationship between achievement need (and its components) and social factors with job involvement of women teachers.
    Method
    Upon correlational studies and administrating achievement need and job involvement questionnaires on 103 women teachers were collected data.
    Result
    In general, the stepwise regression analysis showed that with using achievement need (perseverance) and social factors(marriage status and education)can predicting job involvement.

    Aim
    This study investigated the relationship between resiliency, emotional intelligence and job burnout among Shiraz Behzisti personals.
    Method
    A stratified random sample of 123 (81 women and 42 men) completed Connor –Davidson (2003) resilience scale (CD-RIS), Syberyashring emotional intelligence questionnaire and Maslach burnout inventory (MBI). The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient.
    Results
    The results showed that resiliency and emotional intelligence were good and strong predictors for job burnout. Also, there was a negative and meaningful relation between resiliency and elements of job burnout (Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization, Reduction personal accomplishment), between resiliency and total jobburnout, and between emotional intelligence and total job burnout, and there was a positive and meaningful relation between resiliency and emotional intelligence.
